How to rent an apartment

Service is important to us! We strive to make your apartment as simple as possible. You can easily arrange your visit by e-mail.

Here you will find the documents you need to rent your apartment, as well as a checklist with which you have an overview of the documents we need from you. This is how it’s done:

  1. Download the checklist to get an overview of the documents you need.

  2. Here you will find the tenant’s home information. Once you have completed it, please scan it and send it to us as a PDF – unfortunately we, occasionally, can not read photographed documents.

  3. Also scan the other documents, ID card, employment contract or your last three salaries and a current Schufa statement and send everything to hallo@talyo.de.
